Anyway, In honor of his 1/2 birthday, here is a little update of what he's been doing the last few months....
Talking: Kayson talks my ear off all day... He really likes all the sounds he can make... his favorite is this scream. (see video at the bottom) What a nutt...
Moving: This kid is forever on the go... If I put him down, he is on his way somewhere else! Whether it be by rolling scooting around on his back, or trying to figure out the whole crawling thing on his belly (this one is hillarious because he moves his legs as fast as he can with a really serious look on his face almost like he's thinking "I am moving them as fast as they will go... why am I not moving?")
Sitting up: He can do it for a few seconds all by himself, but the "moving" thing as way more fun so he kind of reisists when I try to get him to practice too much.
Eating food: He loves it! He wasn't the biggest fan of just cereal plain but mixed with some fruits or veggies, he loves it...Playing With Riser: Wow, this one is my favorite. These 2 boys LOVE eachother!! Kayson gets the biggest grin on his face every time he sees Riser. Let's hope they continue this way
Teasing: I swear he teases already... Taking Riser's softies and toys... Waking up at 5 in the morning just to giggle and talk (not my idea of funny, but he seemes to think it's great) . This kid has a sense of humor already.Being a Momma's Boy: He cries whenever I leave... on one level very flattering and reassuring, on another... For real, give someone else a chance...
Catching people's eyes: He will just sit patiently and wait until you notice that he's watching you and then shoot you the biggest grin you've ever seen.
Happy 6 months my sweet little guy. I can't even tell you how much I love you! Your sweet little smile and laid back personality make my day every day! I thank Heaven Father every day for blessing our family with you. I love you little queso beso!
